What do the colors in the agenda mean? Rules and Expectations

Everyone starts on Green each day.
Pink- Outstanding Choices
Purple- Excellent Choices
Blue- Great Choices
Green- Ready to Learn
Yellow- Think About It
Orange- Make Better Choices
Red- Parent Contact (note home on behaviors that got them to red)
Each day we will put a colored dot next to the day for the color they end their day on. It is OK if they stay on Green! Green is good! Do not worry if they do not move up each day.

We spent a lot of today talking about our class and school rules and we will continue to put a lot of emphasis on this in order to prepare them for when we get into a structured schedule for academics.

The rules we came up with for our class is as follows:
  1.  Follow directions the first time they are given.
  2.  Be responsible, respectful, helpful and safe.
  3.  Walk on the blue line with our hands to our side and quiet.
  4.  Raise our hands to talk.
  5.  Keep our hands and our feet to ourselves.
  6.  We always walk in school.
  7.  Always try and do our best!
I would appreciate your support from home in enforcing our school and classroom rules to make for a successful year!

Thank you!
